"Ken exceeded my expectations of what his role in the home-buying process would be. He was there every step of the way, sharing years of knowledge with me. During the house-hunting period, he was careful to fully evaluate every house we viewed, making sure that I was aware of problems that I hadn't even thought to look for. He clearly was not just seeking to close on a house, but showed that he was truly concerned that I would find the home of my dreams. He offered to accompany me on the pre-settlement walk-through, although I had not asked him to, I am now thankful he was there.
